New Orleans, LA- Disney Channel Series Now Casting Adults and Kids for Various Roles

Casting call for Disney Channel’s Sulpher Springs

Please note that these are all extras roles and you must live in the New Orleans area in order to be considered for the roles.

2 DAYS OF WORK: CASTING ADULTS!

SULPHUR SPRINGS – Filming in St. Bernard, LA – Monday, February 24th (Lundi Gras) AND Wednesday, February 26th (Ash Wednesday)

RATE: $100/10 hours + $25/2 fitting

PARENTS: Seeking submissions for Parent types who can portray 30’s-50’s men and women (18+ years old, any ethnicity) to portray 1990’s Parents visiting their child at a Summer Camp! Fix your hair in your best 1990’s style and submit! This will be picture picked by production! A fitting will be required prior to the work date in Chalmette, LA. Fittings will take place during the week: Monday, February 10th – Tuesday, February 18th.

COUNSELORS (this works 3 days, including Monday 3/2): Seeking submissions for Camp Counselor types who can portray high school age – early 20’s men and women (18+ years old, any ethnicity) to portray 1990’s Camp Counselors at a Summer Camp! Fix your hair in your best 1990’s style and submit! This will be picture picked by production! A fitting will be required prior to the work date in Chalmette, LA. Fittings will take place during the week: Monday, February 10th – Tuesday, February 18th. Due to wardrobe provided, please do not submit if you have large tattoos on your lower arms and legs that cannot be covered. You MUST work all 3 days!

3 DAYS OF WORK: CASTING MINORS!

SULPHUR SPRINGS – Filming in St. Bernard, LA – Monday, February 24th (Lundi Gras), Wednesday, February 26th (Ash Wednesday) AND Monday, March 2nd

RATE: $100/8 hours + $25/2 fitting

CAMPERS: Seeking submissions for boys and girls (11-15 years old, any ethnicity) to portray 1990’s Summer Camp! going to class. Fix your hair in your best 1990’s style and submit! This will be picture picked by production! A fitting will be required prior to the work date in Chalmette, LA. Fittings will take place during the school week, with after school spots available. Fitting Dates: Thursday, February 13th – Thursday, February 20th. Your child can work all 3 days, IF their school is closed for Mardi Gras break. Do not submit if your child has worked or is scheduled to work on this show!

If your child(ren) is chosen, you will need to provide identification to us so we can submit a work permit to the Labor Board on behalf of your child: One document establishing age (ex: Birth Certificate, State ID, Passport) AND 1 document establishing your child’s social security number. This paperwork must be submitted 5 days prior to your child’s work date.

Weekly open registration:
For anyone who needs to Update, Re-Register, or Newly Register – We have Open Registrations every Thursday in February from 10am – 3:30pm. The last day for Open Registrations is February 27th.

MAKE SURE if you are attending Open Registration, that you bring your original and unexpired documents for the I-9 form. You can find the DHS List of Acceptable Documents here: https://www.uscis.gov/i-9-central/acceptable-documents/acceptable-documents

(PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept any document that is not on this list. Per federal law, we must verify actual documents. We cannot accept copies, receipts, or pictures of your documents).

Per new rules from the Department of Homeland Security, MINORS must have valid photo ID from either List A or List B from the List of Acceptable Documents. If a minor has a photo ID from List B, it must be paired with a document from List C.
